Continuing on my adulation for the Apostle John… have you noticed the childlikeness of the man in his writings? Apart from him always writing about how He is the disciple whom Jesus loves, there is one occasion when he absolutely trolls Apostle Peter. Joh 20:1   The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.  Joh 20:2   Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.  Joh 20:3   Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.  Joh 20:4   So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter , and came first to the sepulchre. Did you see what he said there, he claimed to outrun Peter… and am thinking and laughing at the same time wonderin...

Stop Cheating on God 😭

I always say the Apostle John is my favorite of all the Apostles. One of the things I have learnt from him is his loyalty to Jesus. Apostle John like all the disciples, slept throughout the period of great stress for Jesus at the garden of Gethsemane. But guess who didn't run away and was at the foot of the cross before Jesus died. Yep! John. Jesus trusted the Apostle John with His mother above all others. That's saying a lot! So, when Apostle John warns us, we must listen and act accordingly: 1Jn 5:21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. If there is any law for the new covenanter, this is it. Keep yourselves from idols. This law is not new to those of the old covenant, it is the first law in the 10 commandments God gave to Moses. Exo 20:1 And God spake all these words, saying, Exo 20:2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. We must take some time to un...

The New Frontier

I have often asked myself the question of why Israel is still blessed despite there being a new covenant. The Old Covenant is the Jewish Covenant rooted in Moses, the servant of God. The New Covenant is also a Jewish Covenant but rooted in Jesus, the Son of God. The New Covenant supersedes the old Covenant in all ramifications. Yet, the people of Israel who practice the old still prospers.  A little background: My Calling is simple. The Lord told me many years ago, "What I say in your ears, shout on the roof tops." I can't say that I have been completely obedient, but His grace has never once given up on me. So, I can humbly say that I downloaded/heard this first and then I proceeded to confirm it in the Bible and now am shouting it on the rooftop, you get? Shall we then... Gen 48:14  And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, crossing his hands; for Manasseh was the firstb...
